Make Up Policy
(for missed lessons):
Oz Swim Aquatics is
dedicated to providing the best service for your family. Whilst most other swim schools do not
offer any opportunity to catch up on missed classes we continue to offer a
very fair and beneficial make up policy.
To ensure you do not miss out on classes we ask you to read the
following.
NOTIFICATION
The pool staff must be
notified of all cancellations by ringing 3802 8333 no later than 8 a.m. on the day of the
lesson. If the desk is unattended
message bank is there for your convenience.
Families who fail to notify the pool or cancellations made after 8
a.m.
on the day of the class will be marked ‘absent’
and the lesson will be forfeited.
BOOKING A ’MAKE-UP’ CLASS
Make up classes must be
taken within 4 weeks of the missed lesson.
Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. It is important however; families
understand there is no obligation on Oz Swim Aquatics to provide alternate
lessons, extra classes or discounts for missed classes.
Our ‘make up’ policy is
designed to assist families with competing priorities. It allows children who miss a lesson to
maintain their skills by offering extra exposure to enhance the learning
process. We appreciated some
families may have difficulty finding the time to do make up classes
however, we do not offer refunds for missed classes nor will we add
additional classes on to the current block.
In exceptional circumstances variations may be made to the above
policy at the managers’ discretion.
Staff will refer all
requests to Eve Fraser.
